    Tout ce que vous avez toujours voulu savoir sur les prix des forfaits de ski. Combien coûte en moyenne une carte journalière ? Quid des rabais pour les familles ? Est-ce moins cher à l'étranger ? Les vacances de Noël approchent et, avec elles, les premières sorties à ski. Mais la pratique de la glisse a un coût élevé, particulièrement pour les familles. On en Parle a mené l'enquête et s'est livré à des comparaisons. Dans quel type de station est-il préférable de se rendre pour limiter les frais ? Est-il intéressant de planifier ses vacances de ski dans un pays voisin ? Pour répondre à ces questions, Frédéric Filippin reçoit Laurent Vanat, spécialiste genevois des stations de ski.     Un membre de la SUVA évoque une campagne à l'intention des skieurs. Elle comprend un DVD qui propose une série d'exercices à faire avant la saison de ski pour prévenir les accidents. "Top 10", c'est le nom de ce DVD, propose une dizaine d'exercices. Il explique comment faire travailler ses muscles abdominaux, ses cuisses ou encore comment exercer son équilibre pour éviter les chutes et les blessures sur les pistes. Cette démarche ne semble pas superflue si l'on sait qu'en moyenne, chaque année, 70'000 personnes font une mauvaise chute. Pour l'année 2005, l'assurance accident a déboursé 215 millions de francs pour les accidents dus au ski. Les explications de Jean-Luc Alt, responsable communication à la SUVA. (21.12.2007)
